Small Moves = Big Change

Keep doing the same things? Keep getting the same results. ⁣⁠ Well crap...that's sure a gut punch!

It's so easy to desperately want to change things in our lives, but most of us struggle to break the chains of old patterns, habits, and beliefs.

⁣⁠

But the truth about change is pretty simple: Isolated "big" moves may shift the direction, but it's systemic, daily routine changes that really affect change and honestly, seem easier to sustain.⠀⁣⁠

The OG change maker John Maxwell said it best: "You'll never change your life until you change something you do daily. The secret of your success is found in your daily routine."⁣⁠



I don't know about you, but I'm focusing on smaller, simpler, and more fundamental every day behavioral shifts to achieve the success I desire. While it certainly makes the parts of me that crave instant-gratification twitch, I'm actually kinda surprised that it's actually (gasp!) easier! How about you? What's your strategy to make big changes?
