It’s hard (and okay!) to admit that you are going through a tough time. Whether you are challenged by depression or anxiety, getting stuck in patterns that feel impossible to change, battling trauma and the weight it can hold on your shoulders, or needing to understand, explore, and process your gender or sexuality journey, I am here for you. Everyone needs a safe and comfortable environment to reflect on and work through life’s challenges. And that’s where I come in. I believe in the curative and healing powers of vulnerability.
My Education:
I’m a proud Sun Devil, having received my Masters in Counseling from Arizona State University.
I am proud to be a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC)
Me, as a psychotherapist:
My therapy style can best be described as warm, empowering, safe, collaborative, and intentional. Our therapy will be specific to your needs, your strengths, and your goals. You can expect to be both supported and challenged.

I use an integrative counseling approach to address a number of behavioral health concerns. I have a passion for working with culturally diverse clients and believe that our emotions are not intended to hurt us, but are intended to inform and guide us. I use a variety of treatment modalities such as Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Multicultural Counseling Practices.

Me, as a person:
Recently returned to metro Phoenix from Flagstaff, my partner and I have a new house, a cross-eyed cat, and dog that fill our days with busy-ness, responsibility, and joy. I love cozy and slow mornings with a cup of coffee, finding a recipe and realizing I have all the ingredients, and sitting in front of the fire with a good book or coloring page. Some of my passions include cooking, crafting, DIY home decor, and meditating.
I am a lifelong learner and am passionate about holistic wellness (mind, body, spirit connections) and mindfulness. My personal life goal is to continue to become a better version of myself with every year. For me, that means constant practice and growth in my spirituality, relationships, and mental health.
